Tower of Dawn

Chaol Westfall sails south to the Southern Continent as an envoy of the new king of Adarlan — sent to win the khagan’s armies, and, if he is lucky, to find a healer who can mend what the Valg broke in him.

Tower of Dawn is a companion novel to Empire of Storms. The two books run in parallel across the same months; everything Chaol does in Antica is happening at the same time as Aelin’s campaign on the coast. A number of readers alternate chapters between the two (the “tandem read”) so both storylines converge on Kingdom of Ash together rather than asking you to hold Empire of Storms’ ending in suspense for a whole second book.
